Update (2017-01-03)

Happy New Year everyone! I wish you and your loved ones all the best this year!

A quick update on the v3. It is going very well. I am still very busy making the changes and will have a screenshot update most likely in about 2 weeks. Besides the major updates to the plugin, I am also working on the following.

1 - This website will be updated with a fresh theme and content.

2 - I will be moving away from the home built license management system and use Easy Digital Downloads instead.

3 - I will be adding a dedicated documentation section to this website before the v3 release. The support portal will still remain at http://help.wpeventsplanner.com/

Boy, there are a lot of things still to do but I am very excited with these changes. Once v3 is out, it will enable me to add more sophisticated and useful features that will put Events Planner back on the top as the most flexible and powerful event registration plugin out there.

Hi guys.

Just wanted to get in touch and let you know about version 3. It is going as planned and I have set a January deadline for the release. Things are going very well and I am sure you will be pleased with the new version. It is as flexible as it has always been, with better underlying code and data structure, new and modern screens, and a few new and awesome features 😉 I have been very busy with some significant sized side projects using different tools and have learned quite a few new ways of doing things. That is helping transform Events Planner into a better  plugin. It is still one of the most powerful and flexible WordPress event registration plugins and I intend to keep it that way. I will do a full write-up in January and show you all what's coming.
